The Moneysupermarket.Com Group Plc Shareholder Services (referred to as the Site) is managed and provided by Capita Registrars Limited and/or Capita IRG Trustees Ltd (referred to as Capita) on behalf of Moneysupermarket.Com Group Plc (referred to as the Company) for the provision of shareholder services and/or share plan services to shareholders of the Company. Please take a few moments to read the sections below.

Personal information collection in connection with this Site
For the purposes of the Data Protection Act 1998, the Company is the data controller of personal data collected through this Site. Your information may, for any or all of the following purposes, be disclosed for processing to any or all of the following, in any country where the Company operates:
- Designated Company workers
- Other companies or entities in which the Company owns (directly or indirectly) more than 15% of the issued share capital (Group Companies)
- Third party service providers (including but not limited to Capita) who use your information to provide services to the Company
- Auditors, contractors or other advisers of the Company or Group Companies.
In order to be allowed access to the Site, you will be required to register using a User Name and Password. Capita will send you, by normal mail, an Activation Code which you must then utilise prior to Capita permitting use of this Site. For the purposes of identification, you will need to confirm certain details already held by Capita relating to your shareholding. Additionally, to register to receive electronic communications you will be required to provide an e-mail address. This will not be published or made public in any respect other than in the normal course of Capita acting on behalf of the Company in providing share registration services and in accordance with the purpose for which you provided these details.
The Site allows you to edit your address and dividend mandate details, and to elect to receive a variety of electronic communications issued by Capita on behalf of the Company in relation to your shareholding.
Certain records held by Capita on behalf of the Company are within the public domain in accordance with the Companies Act 1985 and are not therefore subject to the provisions of the Data Protection Act 1998. These are specifically your name, address, the number and class of shares held by you and the date you became or ceased to be a shareholder of the Company. Other information which is held and is necessary in the course of enabling Capita to provide share registration services on behalf of the Company is held within the provisions of the Data Protection Act 1998.
The Site also provides a contact e-mail address where you can make enquiries and Capita will need to know your name, e-mail address, phone number should you require a telephone call, investor code and the subject matter of your enquiry should you choose to utilise this method of enquiry. These details will not be used for any other purpose than for responding to your enquiry. You will only receive e-mails in respect of your shareholding if you have provided an e-mail address for this purpose in accordance with the Terms and Conditions for this Site.
Capita will aggregate information and statistics on behalf of the Company for the purposes of monitoring Site usage in order to help develop the Site and the services available for the Company's shareholders. These statistics will not include information that can be used to identify any individual nor will they be disclosed to any third party.
Automatic collection of information in connection with this Site
In order to improve the quality of the Site and services, Capita may from time to time send your computer what is known as a "cookie". Cookies are text files that identify your computer to our server. Cookies in themselves do not identify the individual user, just the computer used.
Users have the opportunity to set their computers to accept all cookies, to notify them when a cookie is issued, or not to receive cookies at any time. The last of these, of course, means that certain personalised services cannot then be provided to that user.

This Site has security measures in place to protect the interception, loss and misuse of information submitted to this site by authorised users. However, there are always risks associated with providing any data or information via the Internet. The Company and Capita urge you to exercise extreme caution while using this site. Neither the Company, its Group Companies, Capita and Capita's affiliates will be liable in respect of any unauthorised access to your information or loss of your information that is beyond reasonable control of any of the Company, Group Companies, Capita and Capita's affiliates.
The Company believes that it has appropriate policies, rules and technical measures to protect the personal data that is under its control (having regard to the type and amount of that data) from unauthorised access, improper use or disclosure, unauthorised modification, unlawful destruction or accidental loss.
All our workers and third parties that have access to, and are associated with the processing of your personal information, are obliged to respect the privacy of your personal information. Your personal information will not be disclosed to government institutions or authorities except if required by law or when requested by regulatory bodies or law enforcement organisations.

Updating your details in connection with this Site
If you have registered as a user of this Site you may make changes to your address, bank mandate and e-mail address. If any of your other details should change, such as your name, please notify Capita in writing, whereupon any necessary changes will upon receipt of satisfactory evidence be recorded on the Register of Members.
Your consent in connection with this Site
It may be necessary to transfer your personal information to countries outside of the European Economic Area (EEA). This may happen where, for example you use this Site and its services while visiting countries outside of the EEA. The data protection and other laws of these countries may not be as comprehensive as those in the UK or the EU. In such an event you consent to these transfers.
Monitoring and recording of communications
Capita, on behalf of the Company, reserves the right to monitor the contents and details of e-mail responses sent to any e-mail address published on the Site. Monitoring will take place where and to the extent permitted by law and may include interception and recording and/or the removal of any information it deems to be inappropriate or unsuitable.
To protect both you and the Company and to help resolve any disputes:
- Capita may record phone conversations with you and keep such recordings for a reasonable period of time; and Capita will keep a record of all appointments and messages given by you; and
- Capita may retain such records for the purposes of using the same in evidence in the event of a dispute in relation to your instruction; and
- Capita may monitor calls to it in order to assess and improve the quality of its services.
No information may be submitted by minors (persons under the age of 18) to this Site and neither may minors have use of such information.
